RM of Terrell’s story
The Rural Municipality of Terrell No. 101 was incorporated as a rural municipality on January 1, 1913. It lies in the southwest part of Saskatchewan, and the Dirt Hills rise within its boundaries.
Several communities lie within the RM. Bayard is the organized hamlet, and the localities of Cardross, Crystal Hill, Galilee and Spring Valley are found here as well. The RM office is in Spring Valley, where an elected council and an appointed administrator meet on the second Wednesday of every month.
